SDS acted for a client in Liverpool in a road traffic accident where unusually, the client was stationary at traffic lights, when a driver in front inexplicably reversed at speed into the client’s car.
Perhaps unsurprisingly, the other driver claimed that the client had simply driven into the back of him.
