Emma and I would just like to thank you again for all of your hard work and support over the past 3 and a quarter years with regards to Emma’s claim.

As you know Emma was very nervous about the whole court thing but you have reassured her and talked her through your letters and the comments of the other party particularly when they were intimating that Emma was not truthful in her claim to injury. Both you and Samantha were very calm and reassuring yesterday during what was a very stressful day for both of us and would appreciate it if you could pass on our thanks to Samantha for yesterday and the day in court earlier in the year.
