Moyin Ajidagba

I work within the Housing Disrepair Team as a New Claims Handler, where I support clients from the initial stages of their claims and help them understand their legal options.

I recently graduated from Nottingham Trent University with an LLB (Hons), achieving a 2:1. Throughout my studies and legal experience, I have developed a strong passion for helping people understand their rights and ensuring they receive the appropriate support throughout their legal journey.

Before joining the firm, I volunteered within the Legal Department at South Ribble Council, where I gained valuable insight into a range of legal matters, including housing, wills, and probate. This was my first experience working within the legal sector and played an important role in motivating me to pursue a career in law.

I also gained experience at a Family Law firm in London, where I supported clients at what could often be a difficult and overwhelming time in their lives. I helped provide a safe, supportive, and approachable first point of contact, assisting clients as they began the process of starting their cases. Being able to help people access the support they need is particularly important to me, as I believe everyone deserves to feel heard, supported, and confident when dealing with difficult situations.

These experiences have strengthened my communication, confidence, and empathy, while allowing me to develop the ability to build positive and trustworthy relationships with clients. They have also reinforced my belief in the importance of providing clear, compassionate, and accessible legal support.

I am committed to providing a friendly and approachable service and helping clients navigate the claims process with clarity and confidence.
