Modupe Somoye

I am a Claims Advisor within the Housing Disrepair team. As a First Class Law graduate, I am passionate about helping clients understand their legal options and ensuring they receive the support they need from the very beginning of their claim.

Prior to joining the firm, I volunteered at a Community Legal Advice Centre, assisting clients with family law matters. This involved listening carefully to clients' concerns, identifying their legal objectives and helping them prepare documents to support the progression of their cases. I also worked at a Child Contact Centre, where I helped provide a safe, supportive and calm environment for children spending time with their parents.

These experiences have strengthened my communication, listening and empathy skills, enabling me to build positive relationships with clients and understand the challenges they are facing. I am committed to providing a friendly, approachable service and helping clients navigate the claims process with confidence. 

Outside of work, I enjoy reading, watching films and baking.
