I am a dedicated Paralegal with 15 years’ experience in personal injury law, specialising primarily in low-value Road Traffic Accident (RTA) claims. I have extensive knowledge of the claims process, including handling cases within the Official Injury Claim (OIC) Portal, assessing liability and quantum, and negotiating settlements to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients. I am committed to providing clear, client-focused advice and ensuring a smooth, supportive experience from start to finish.
I have recently joined the Housing Disrepair (HDR) department, where I am expanding my expertise and applying my strong investigative, organisational and client-care skills to support tenants in resolving issues with their homes.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends.
