I have been the Receptionist at Sheldon Davidson Solicitors for approx. five years and am often the first point of contact for clients, visitors and other professionals contacting the Firm.

My role involves welcoming visitors, answering and directing incoming telephone calls, managing general enquiries, and ensuring clients are put through to the appropriate member of staff promptly and professionally. I am also responsible for handling incoming and outgoing post, assisting with a range of administrative duties, and helping to ensure the office runs efficiently on a day-to-day basis. I take pride in providing a friendly, professional service and creating a positive first impression of the Firm.

Outside of work, I enjoy socialising and spending quality time with my family and friends.
