I joined Sheldon Davidson Solicitors in March 2025 as a Paralegal within the Portal Team, bringing with me over 15 years' experience in handling Road Traffic Accident claims involving personal injury. Since then, I have transitioned into the Housing Disrepair Department, where I now assist clients in pursuing claims against landlords who have failed to carry out necessary repairs to their homes.

In my current role, I support clients throughout the pre-litigation stage of their Housing Disrepair claims. This includes taking detailed instructions, reviewing and gathering evidence, assessing the merits of potential claims, preparing and presenting the claim to landlords by way of a Letter of Claim, liaising with housing providers and their representatives, instructing surveyors where appropriate, reviewing evidence and reports received and ensuring clients are kept fully informed throughout the process. I pride myself on providing a professional, approachable service whilst working proactively to achieve the best possible outcome for my clients.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and son, whether that's travelling abroad or exploring new places across the UK. I also like to keep active at the gym, unwind with a good book, and spend time baking with my son.
