I’ve been working in the housing disrepair sector since April 2023, gaining over three years of hands-on experience supporting clients through complex and often sensitive claims. My work involves case preparation, client liaison, and ensuring that matters progress smoothly and efficiently.
Before specialising in housing disrepair, I built a solid foundation working on Plevin, Business Energy, and PPI/FOS claims. This background has equipped me with strong analytical skills and a thorough understanding of consumer-focused litigation.
Outside of work, I enjoy going on holidays, getting out for walks, and spending time socialising with friends and family.
