Blake Davidson

I currently work as a Paralegal in the Housing Disrepair Department, where I assist clients throughout the pre-litigation stage of their claims. My role involves taking initial instructions, reviewing and gathering evidence and assessing the merits of potential claims.

With over three years' experience in a new claims environment, I have developed strong communication and investigative skills, together with a keen eye for detail. This experience has enabled me to identify key issues at an early stage and assess the information provided by clients.

Alongside my role, I am undertaking a Law Apprenticeship with a view to qualifying as a Solicitor, combining formal legal training with practical, hands-on experience in housing disrepair litigation. This combination is helping me to develop both my legal knowledge and practical expertise while contributing positively to the wider team.

Outside of work, I am passionate about boxing – a sport that has taught me resilience, discipline and focus, qualities that continue to shape both my personal and professional development.
