Victoria is the Training and Development Manager. She joined Sheldon Davidson Solicitors in 1999 and is a member of the management team.

Victoria’s role is to maintain and develop the firm’s case management system and ensures that all staff are fully trained and equipped with the necessary skills to best serve our clients and maintain the high standards necessary to keep the firm’s Lexcel Accreditation. By harnessing technology, Victoria has streamlined the process to ensure that Solicitor’s time is used to deliver the best possible legal representation.
