Replacement Vehicle Service

If your vehicle is unroadworthy as a result of your accident we can arrange for you to be provided with a replacement vehicle immediately. If your vehicle remains roadworthy but needs repairing, a replacement car can be arranged whilst yours is off the road for repair. We will endeavour to arrange a replacement vehicle of a type similar to your own and recover the cost from the insurer for the party at fault.

We are able to organise replacement taxis, vans and commercial vehicles.

Repairs

We can arrange for your vehicle to undergo repairs at one of our approved repairers or at the garage of your choice. We will arrange for an independent engineers inspection and seek authority from the insurer of the party at fault to authorise repairs with the garage and deal with payment on your behalf.
